As veterans of healthcare marketing, as well as consumers of health, we find ourselves both excited and concerned. Excited because patients are more empowered than ever to advocate for their health and wellness. Concerned because policies and procedures are diverting healthcare providers from the practice of medicine.
While there are many solutions available to make the “business of healthcare” more manageable, we found most marketing solutions to be focused in one area—primarily digital. Sometimes a surgical solution is optimal, however, we believe, the health of a provider’s bottom line is best managed through a holistic approach.

Jennifer Dally – Founder & Chief Attunement Officer
A creative, forward-thinking and transformational leader, Jen has more than 20 years of healthcare marketing experience. Her tenure working for integrated delivery systems, healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising agencies and a fortune 500 healthcare consumer packaged goods company provides her with a unique perspective on how to help organizations achieve their marketing goals within the constantly changing healthcare environment.
Jen is a visionary and has been recognized for her strength in driving new ideas to fruition with an eye for emerging market trends. Her exceptional business judgment, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and integrity have allowed Jen to envision an organization that offers a solution to the overwhelming business of healthcare yet enables healthcare providers and their patients to return to the dynamic of seeing each other as human beings. Thus the birth of Attune Marketing Group.
A mother to two boys, one 2-legged and one four, Jen is a voracious reader, adventure seeker, autism advocate, Pez collector and lefty.

Beth Gray – Chief Activation Officer
Beth has more than 25 years’ experience as a marketing and media executive with both client side and top-tier client management experience. She’s worked for all the hot agencies and managed media for some pretty cool brands from J&J to M&M’s (and a lot with more than initials).
The categories, target audiences and budgets she’s managed are diverse. She’s launched new brands and reinvigorated old ones into market leaders. What Beth brings to healthcare media planning and buying is deep experience in our category coupled with a recent stint focused in high end retail where she streamlined communications against the customer journey.
What does that mean? Simple. Beth brings fresh and needed perspectives to healthcare media planning and buying. Patients are consuming healthcare differently today and media plans should reflect retail trends.
Jeff Stauffer – Chief Digital Officer
Currently CEO of thePLAN, Jeff is a technology and product consultant with 20+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and startups providing expertise across the following disciplines: digital strategy, software selection and implementation, business analysis, information architecture, user experience design, eLearning, building online communities, content management, project management and business process consulting.
Formerly he served as the Global Operations Director for inVentiv Health’s Creative Studios, managing a team of 200+ resources to deliver digital, print, video, motion graphics, presentation services, etc.
He has helped build brands with clients such as Abbott, Bayer, Eli Lilly, Genentech, J&J, L’Oreal, Merck, Medtronic, Roche, and Stryker, The Ohio State University, Ohio Nursery & Landscaping Association, OCLC, Jefferson Center for Learning and the Arts, Carry Me Forward.
